Spring/Summer 2026 - New Jersey Bride
Wedding content creators are becoming essential for couples.
They document behind-the-scenes moments and capture the vibe of the day for Instagram and TikTok, with many delivering edited content within hours.
Who better to ask about this vendor that is redefining weddings than the influencer in our cover story—Ms. Morristown! The social media creator, whose real name is Allie Sharkey, got married in May at the James Ward Mansion in Westfield. To pay tribute to her late Irish grandfather, she hired a bagpiper who serenaded guests as they entered the ceremony. The video of this moment is one that Allie loves to watch again and again because she didn’t get to actually experience it at her wedding.
“My favorite moment they captured was seeing my guests’ reactions to the bagpiper as they arrived and then their faces as I walked down the aisle—things I completely missed in real time,” says Allie. “Being able to relive those emotions over and over again is truly priceless.”
Whether you plan to hire a content creator, go the videographer route, or designate a wedding party member or guest to record special moments, Allie’s biggest tip is, “focus on the moments you don’t get to fully see—your guests’ reactions, the candid in-between interactions and everything happening while you’re in stimulus overload,” she says.
You can see more details from her wedding on page 82. Want to chat with her in person? Look out for info about our cover reveal party taking place in Morristown in January. Engaged couples are welcome! Some of Allie’s vendors and the influencer herself will be in attendance.
